Diamond or pearl drop-off can be repaired free of charge within 1 year of purchase at our shop. If certain components or accessories are lost or damaged, a separate quotation will be required, or repair may not be possible in some cases.

Regardless of the materials used, the jewellery’s surface will naturally become scratched and show signs of wear over time with regular use. 18K gold and platinum may also develop natural oxidation and slight fading when frequently exposed to chemicals or everyday wear.
Meanwhile, your jewelry can be restored to its original like-new appearance through professional gold re-plating. For gold and platinum jewelry, we offer complimentary 18K gold-plating service and platinum plating service respectively (1 time) within 2 year of purchase at our shop. You are welcome to return your jewellery with the receipt at any time for a refresh.

Every jewelry purchase includes free professional cleaning for life.
All jewelry pieces are cleaned with ultrasonic cleaner and/or steamer, depending on the type of metal, gemstones, and materials involved. Some delicate or treated stones may be cleaned by hand instead of ultrasonic/steam to ensure their protection.
