All UNÏXE orders are shipped exclusively via SF Express (Hong Kong) for both in-stock and custom-made jewellery.
We use SF Express for its reliable local network and expertise in transporting high-value items, ensuring your jewellery arrives safely.
Shipping Areas & Timeframes

Hong Kong: 1–2 business days
(Remote/outlying islands may take an extra business day; public holidays excluded) -
Macau: 2 business days
(Subject to customs clearance; actual delivery time depends on SF Express) -
Overseas: 5–8 business days (including customs clearance)

Jewellery Protection
To protect fragile and high-value jewellery, we provide enhanced protection:

Packaging
Each piece is placed in a UNÏXE shockproof jewellery box, then secured in a rigid outer box. Delicate or inlaid styles include extra pearl cotton padding. -
Tracking
Once shipped, your SF Express tracking number will be sent to your order page and via SMS. You can check real-time updates on the SF Express Hong Kong website or app. -
Secure Delivery

Orders over HK$5,000 require original ID and SMS verification for collection.

All orders must be signed for in person.
