Complimentary Repair Service
Diamonds or pearl drops can be repaired free of charge within 1 year of purchase at our store.
If any components or accessories are lost or damaged, a separate quotation will be provided. In some cases, repair may not be possible.
Refurbishment Service
With daily wear, all jewellery will naturally develop scratches and signs of use. 18K gold and platinum may also oxidise or fade slightly over time, especially when exposed to chemicals.
We offer one complimentary re-plating service within 2 years of purchase:

Simply return your jewellery with the original receipt to refresh its appearance.
Permanent Professional Cleaning Service
All UNÏXE jewellery enjoys free lifetime professional cleaning.
Cleaning methods (ultrasonic, steam, or hand wash) are chosen based on the metal and gemstone type to ensure safe care for delicate or treated stones.
Complimentary Engraving Service
We offer free engraving on rings, bracelets, and pendants at the time of purchase.
Please note that engraving may not be available for certain designs.
Engraving normally takes about 2 weeks.
